No proper process JIRA is there for name sake. Adhoc tasks dominate over planned tasks Maintain less employee than required. Everything becomes urgent after client comes up with issue.No preventive mechanism. No proper testing done due to less resource count. Blame developers when issue comes by not providing sufficient time to test/develop. Company deals with top clients but they dont maintain standards as per coding or process. Training is not upto mark, no kts, no knowledge sharing, teammates try to supress newcomers, they can fire you if u r not good with them, salaries are very less, no hikes for years, no team lunch, team outs, no happy work environment,work life balance is terrible
