The interteam communication is horrible. There's no process in organisation to manage the backlog efficiently. No transparency in decision making. Promotion and appraisal cycles change frequently.

Manager politics. Some team has manager is doing very bad politics. Special in CSAM TEAM. manager is playing with the team members. He is playing game with the some team members and favouritism team members of him what they are doing doesn't matter for him.
