Salary date is just a joke. They will make u work for 45 days and then give a month's salary. Increment is also a joke. No bonus no incentives nothing. Work life balance is pathetic. U come to office by 10am and forget when to go home.

Work culture is very good. All the colleagues are very helpfull

Do not care about employee benifit. The directors only think about their profits. HR policy is pathetic. Directors keep changes HR policies day by day. Till 2020 no one is getting their salary in time.

Work life is ok. There is opportunity to learn if you want. But employee benifits are zero. Their mentality is every time employees have to think about company's benifit bt management is least bother about employee benifit.
