Very negative and pathetic workplace one can join.To oppress people they have made SATURDAY as working day and have sandwich leave policy. Looks like they are inspired by L&T CEO They have zero work life balance . They have a strict 9 hours working and plus extra working hours. On top of it they frame the policies as per their own convience without interacting with employees. WFH is given to their a$$ l**ing employess. And all the positive reviews are either put by themselves or they force the employees to put the positive review and share the screenshot. Very very toxic environment.
