I'm working as a teacher. I had no problem because I join a startup company knowing everything. Money is a problem sometimes because of does not sell any product, then how will pay the company from time to time. I know everything about that problem. Joining contract 3 months and they don't pay any salary after completion of your work. They are doing same as all employees. I have many more in contact who facing this situation.
