The thought process of the management is to nurture the resources with lot of patience and care. If, by any chance the resource is not fitting into the position for which he/she is hired, there is lot of efforts from the management to re-position the resource in some other relevant and appropriate functions. This is rarely seen. There are lot of efforts made to provide a super sense of psychological net which provide a sense of security in the employees mind and hence he can focus on his work without any fear. There is always a room for improvement, and being a 6 year young organization, there is substantial room, as long as the management is focused on People, it is just a matter of time. One very important thing is there no room for politics and the matters are resolved in a very transparent manner. Appraisal system needs little more clarity and there need to be more push on innovation aspects.

I manage the strategic planning and development with the priority focus on the Marketing, Sales and Accreditation activities. SPD is not limited to any function, however it is a wide and deep responsibility and hence there is immense amount of opportunity
