I have great experience with design consortium . The working style of the company is really superb. I got to face the clients with full responsibility of handling the projects which made me more confident.

No support from management, no training, no new software, no salary hikes, insufficient infrastructure, congested seating arrangements, no recreational activities, no defined project execution systems or procedure, poor salary scales, no significant projects, under-qualified and noncompetitive staff.
