They could have provided more trainings and other proactive sessions so that staff is more equipped with the world airline industry. As far as my job i was enjoying my job. The company provided good infrastructure and equipments as and it was a genuine request. They provided decent salary but could have reviewed atleast every two or three years as per the general environment...Read More

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
