It was an amazing experience working with Qatar Airways. It is one of the best airline in the world. I'm no more working with Qatar Airways however I would love to work with this 5 Star Airline again if possible.

Qatar airways is one of the biggest brands in the world. Associating myself with sure a organization has given me a career boost. Everything aspect of its work culture is organized. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing pandemic my career opportunity with Qatar Airways was cut short but I'm still looking forward to working with it again.

Dislikes

Fortunately I was really happy with the policies. However, during the training period, trainees were subjected to curfew hours which I completely understand. It would have been really nice if the crew hours were not applicable on the weekends.

My work life with Qatar Airways has been great. The experience which I has got in this short span was very important. I am a little heart broken that my career was cut short, but I understand it was a difficult decision under the present circumstances.

Friendly work environment amongst crew members. You do a flight and won't return without making a friend. The management is very transparent and follows all the rules. Allowances are given on time. Provide excellent housing and welfare facilities.

Dislikes

Writing VR's for very minute things which is not required if the passengers are not even upset about it. Should remove minimum rest policy and night curfew because even if we are home 12hrs before flight we don't sleep during day time. We end up watching movies or cooking. Company should trust crew members.

There is a balanced work and personal life. Crew's health is given lots of importance. Privacy is maintained by providing individual rooms and washrooms. This company has taught me lot about people and different culture. Has taken to beautiful places.
