Company culture..it is like we are still working in 19th century. Very old fashioned management with no motivation to new comers. Very much rigid with its policies.

I Tested Covid Positive in the month of June and Company same day Put me in Qurantine Building With All the Required Things and Facilities on their Own Cost , I got Recover and thanks to Company but soon after one Month they Redudant me. Which makes me Very sad and I went into Depression.

Dislikes

Everything is Perfect. But the Management Dealt with Staff Badly. Ideally Redudant Staff is not a Solution when Staff needs you , you fired them which makes all Staff Negative Impact also Negative Work Culture. I think Sending in LWP was better option rather than to Firing Staff.
