Work life balance is the worst here. But if someone's passionate enough to work in an industry which requires 10 or 11 hours of the day in continuous callings then go ahead but for me, it didn't work out that well.

Company culture..it is like we are still working in 19th century. Very old fashioned management with no motivation to new comers. Very much rigid with its policies.
