Cross functional learning and projects scope. MNC work culture. Hybrid and flexible work mode.

Dislikes

No proper training or guidance for freshers. No proper vision for the Mangement. They recruit and fire the employees suddenly within 6-8 months even without giving chance to work on projects. CEO is a liar! He says something in All Hands meetings and on during office visits. But he executes quite opposite and contrary to what he said.

One of the best company I ever worked with, that strive to value the opinion and feelings of the employees while providing a great technical atmosphere. Quick paced but flexible enough to allow the remote employee to fit in to their schedule.

Dislikes

I feel Pythian is in a position to do more innovation and move more quickly, but we don't get full advantage yet.

Partiality , its like family business in SAP line of business because from president to the fresher most of them are from same family . If you are from that family you will be respected and given good salary by your manager who will be your cousin or uncle .

Fifteen years has gone by unbelievably fast. I'm so proud to be part of this organization. Work Environment plays a huge role and is one of the main reasons for me to stay for a long time with Pythian.

I love the Pythian Culture for some roles they offer Permanent work from Home. Benefits are as good as product base company.

Dislikes

From past couple of years Job security at Pythian is a major concern. In last one and half year there were 3 rounds of layoff and now silent layoff happen after those 3 rounds in some departments.

Learning opportunities, Good Work Culture, Work-Life Balance, People from diverse backgrounds and from diverse locations across the world with .ample expertise in their respective domains.

Dislikes

Job Security, Biased approach by the Managements in certain departments, No proper guidance/mentoring and no proper projects for the new joinees in certain departments.

Work life balance, Continuous support from senior team as i started as fresher their support helped me a lot to grow professionally.
