Politics and lack of management's and staff's cordination, there is a bond of 2 years befotr which you cannot resign or you have to pay 2 months salary to them, there is no proper training for joinees for any process, you have to learn by your own, there are daily targets and pressure on counsellors, you have to create a walkin on daily basis from your reference. There is no appriciations for anything, total pressure and no learning, lots of meetings but no outcome, rude management, no professionalism. First they will ask you to sign a 1 year bond, according them company can't ask to leave before 1 year but they can ask any time. particularly in Chandigarh office there is lot of biasnes, 1st day will take you in confidence and wants us to work like puppet. Dey want that we should not argue at any right point even. Dey will plota big game for you behind you. And can ask any time to leave without any prior warnings or any notice. Dey can do whatever Dey want. And my salary is also stuck with them from last 4 months....Read More

I love counseling work.,job is interesting but company made it frustrating. If you are in pyramid dat means you don't have personal life not even restricted holiday's Sunday's. They made us work on 26th Jan and 15th August without any salary
