Limited no.of projects and opportunities within BFS domain. Travel intensive resulting in fatigue,burn out and ill-health.

Work life balance is for a toss. No matter what you do and how many appreciations you receive you are expected to slog the next day equally. Sense of belonging to big 4, salary is fine.

System is not good, supports staff (HR, L&D team, Resource team) don’t work well and aren’t supportive. Work life balance is not there, the gap between what top management says and claim to believe in and how the ground reality is. Mismanagement.

Worst Work life balance. Higher management doesn't bother about personal time,weekends. Directionless management,doesn't feel like you are working in a big company

Work-life balance is very low during busy season. Busy season is at its peak for 3 months and continues for 6-7 months. Work related stress and prolonged working hour have led to health issues like eye-sight problems and progressive neurological hazzards
