The work culture is absolutely disgusting. Management is non existent and they claim to by dynamic, when in reality there isn't an ounce of planning involved in any of the projects.

Lots of training materials but you can commit to those after working hours. So basically after 10-12 hrs of working if you have energy you can take up those courses People lack empathy Managers are useless they do not contribute to work at all
