Worse experience, no life balance, no timing, client side work they exploit you even TL, upper management pressure to new joiner for handover all task within week or days, no training time, As per HR policy company claim 8 working hour manadatory for work. However, when you put in project there is not timing if you work 10 hour theyforse you to only count 8 hour on your timesheet for daily attendance. No one listen you everyone know inside the work culture, very bad behaviour of TL they frusted from pwc and upper management. no saturday off, high work pressure, lack of man powering, they give you good package but use 2 fte's work.
