The compensation and benefits is ever-changing all the time. The compensation amount is not minimal but a pretty good one. There are other benefits as well.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is off during the busy season. You have to be available for urgent client work mostly 24*7. During non busy season you can balance both the lives simultaneously.

Work Details

Another busy season just ended now so the work life was hectic for the last 2 months. Now everything will again be normalised for another few months.
