If anyone wants to learn then PwC is the right place for you. But this is very much challenging as well. So one should join who has the ability to handle tremendous work pressure else PwC is not for you.

Overall it is good organisation to work and learn. Many people might be reviewing negatively about work life pressure but if anyone manages time properly then it will not be any issue for them.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing much , PwC is nice but the Cyber IT-OT doesn't provide job satisfaction.

Few managers in OT Cybersecurity team doesn't provide any guidance , they only focus on timeline and the consultant need to complete anyhow at site without proper training.
