Got Negative vibes Right from Induction Day. A previous batch Induction recording was played for 2 days. HR are not reachable from the start of joining date. Everything has to self learned from the start. Any person having 1/2 experience would find it very challenging to navigate during start of 3-4 months. Lacks transparency about the job role during interview causes real trouble. Please ask for clarity during interview itself. Regret leaving my previous company for this role in PWC. Leaders are totally useless & inefficient when it comes to HR & admin Department. Shakir Iqbal, Pemanand, Karthi Palanikumar are pathetic employees and have no work ethics. Vikas Aggarwal - Director from the contingent Workforce management team is one the most incompetent leader I have seen. He regularly abuses his team & gives no growth. Should be fired immediately on compliance ground.

We have to available from 9.30am to 12.00am mid night, Whenever they pings we have to respond within seconds, If we are not responding they will call through teams and if we don't pick the calls, they will tag our names and leave a message in Broader group and ask are we on leave ? I'd like to caution against certain job openings at PwC, specifically those in the Kolkata SDC. Despite having access to various technologies, management's approach to learning and development is limited, with decisions often prioritizing company billability to clients over employee growth. The management style is inadequate, with alack of focus on scaling individual employees' competencies. Instead, resources are often burdened with irrelevant training programs. Furthermore, there appears to be a disconnect between the US directors and partners, who seem to be unaware of the actual technology being used. They seem to rely on trendy buzzwords rather than in-depth knowledge. Overall, I would advise caution when considering job openings in this particular PwC location....Read More
