Comparing with my previous organization, i found there is a little bit breather i get working at pwc. But overall when i see, we all struggle to get a proper work life balance.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There are very limited leaves we get here. From our own leaves, we have to sturggle a lot to take a leave. We need many approvals before going on leave. Talking about work culture, people here don't appreciate your hard work but rather they prefer the politics. But sadly, this has became the reality of all the organization.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
