No work-life balance. No empathy towards the freshers by the senior rankers, and heck lot of favouritism. Foremost, no seriousness about the promises they make during induction "Empathy, Care, Respect, blah blah". It's nowhere like that.

There is too much partiality in the teams, the one who is favourite of manager will get appraisal disregards of the performance of that employee. Fake promises to the clients for work which can't be achieved. Put u in any project disregards of your skill set. They will pay u promote u pn tha basis of internal performances mainly in TDR and not on project performance. Managers are very biased and sometimes they will sideline u eveng though u give your best in everything. Too much tight deadlines....Read More

Definitely not a good place for freshers. Politics plays a significant role. The problem is you won't get a chance to learn a single technology properly. I was working as a cybersecurity associate, I had previous bug bounty experience but haven't been given pen-testing roles just because of my base locations. They said people who work in a particular base location are assigned specific roles. During Intern, we are asked to choose roles in cybersecurity just for fun.No place for skill development.Even People with 3 experience and fresher are treated the same.People who join this role should understand the difference between cybersecurity and GRC, because this company does GRC in the name of cybersecurity....Read More
