Managers does not respect the Associate and Senior Associate time, We( Associate & Senior Associate)have to work according to their wish. We have to available from 9.30am to 12.00am mid night, Whenever they pings we have to respond within seconds, If we are not responding they will call through teams and if we don't pick the calls, they will tag our names and leave a message in Broader group and ask are we on leave ? This has happened from the last 6 months in my team ( MP-3, COE Operations and this is my personal experience and I don't about other teams and other territories....Read More

If you get a supportive team then you may survive for long run otherwise its hard to survive there, just for sake of Experience & tag of big four you can join. But if your team is toxic then you may face stress & depression everyday w.r.t time sheets ,work allocation. There is huge politics in kolkata office you may face discrimination too if you are from other cities. There is no affirm policy for daily total working hour, promotion & hike....Read More
