Dislikes

Alot of favouritism. Managers scare employees of termination on the spot and no Hr is going to help. They all are just biased towards higher position people. Employees are just puppets for them

Likes

Infrastructure is good. They provide food at office, would be helpful for those who stay in pg. Company is good (but, management is worst).

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Worst management. All they need is numbers all the time, irrespective of quality. Manager, sr manager and director level all are chapris.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
