Pursuit Software is an amazing place to kick off your career as a software engineer. In the past year, I've learned a ton and I'm really thankful for all the chances I've had. The managers and mentors here are super supportive and always cheering you on. I've had the chance to tackle some tough projects, which has been a grate learning experience. One of the coolest thing about Pursuit Software is how much they care about training and helping you grow. They've really helped me beef up my skills in software development and project management, which is awesome. Plus, the vibe here is really friendly and collaborative. This is really Sad to see some of the Self Biased Feedbacks and Comments Shared over this platform. Some of the Feedbacks are rational & Sincerely unprofessional and definitely personal Attacks. Possibly while writing the feedbacks, we forgot the positives we achieved and the heights we climbed during the last 4-5 Years. It seems someone has been sharing across ones personal grudges and grievances' over the platform. Highest Number of Employees added during the Pandemic (COVID), when the whole world was busy distributing Pink Slips to employees. 2. The internal Manpower increased from ~50 Members to ~250+ now in a span of 2years, Still Adding! 3. Establishment of Proper process, Departments, hierarchy, Medical Benefits (Company Sponsored) 4. Establishment of Fabulous Technical Support & Logistic department to meet the infra need of each of us ensuring the deliveries are achieved on time. 5. Constructive regular HR Induction and Orientation establishment. 6. Lucrative Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Bonuses (HR's promises About Variables & bonus during a candidates joining but never promises that you will get 100% even if anyone's productivity is Low/below Average & we don't perform well.) 7. Global Expansion of Pursuit Software to Geographical area's like Northwest of Continental Europe and west of Britain. 8. I agree, at times some of the harsh decisions were made but that was for 360 degree betterment of us. A decision which might be negative for me, may be best for others. for that reason I cant blame and hit someone below the belt rationally. I strongly believe that there are larger ratio of employees who contributes to companies growth with 100 & 100++% efforts & they have never been negative about the changes and the decisions. Anyone resistance to changes, Bit of extra efforts & Out of the box contribution, closed ended mind set comes up with Rationalism and Negativity. A suggestion to Management:- We should actually allot real time Customers responsibilities to Individuals and Business Development & see how they actually handle the complexity. I am sure we are equipped with loads of potential resources to handle such situations but the critics can be identified & evaluated during that allocation. We as an organization should also start posting Individual Employee feedbacks on digital feedback platforms to understand both side of the Story and not just one sided Tantrums. I being a part of the technology team for last 2+ Years has dealt every ups & downs and actively was part of the unforeseen challenges & the sweat out work which every stakeholders has been doing and contributing day in & out to make Pursuit Software a Better place to work. Good top management and exceptional leaders like Sujit sir are rare to find in today's corporate world. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to learn and grow under his mentorship. The opportunity to work directly with clients in an agile team. Great scope of learning. Salary credited on time.

They can ask for termination anytime lots of burden 5hrs meeting and they don't count meeting time as work time. Worst manager Bhupendra Singh biased team lead . They hire at low package then management not put effort to assign you project according to your skill set they can put you anywhere whereever they want
