Learning scope too high. Friendly Work culture

Never get hikes on time, BigBoss Always traveling in hikes period only so got delayed and they don’t gave the previous months hikes money. They will provide current month hike only . Like if your hike month is April and they gave hike on August. They will not pay April to June.

Most of the employees are relatives of senior staff members, which is acceptable, but what about those who cracked their interview on their own without any support? The management doesn't listen to their voices and during appraisal they neither receive hike nor appreciation. There's a lot of workplace politics with opportunities being passed on to known connections.
