I like the way the employees are treated. It has been a very friendly experience and the workplace is a highly positive environment. New ideas/thoughts are encouraged by the management. Salary always comes on or before time. Workload is given as per skill and commitment given by the employee and is not forced upon at all. Jobs here, definitely comes with a lot of benefits.

Dislikes

Conducting Soft skill workshops can be helpful. The game stations are practically useless. Sometimes team outings can be very beneficial too. Travelling to this location is hard for people coming from the other side of the city. For such people coming from long distances travel benefits can be very helpful. Other than that, this is a beautiful place to work.
