I like working at PureSoftware as during my journey so far I have got many opportunities to not just learn and grow, but have also been very well recognized by the company in the form of awards. The good part is that here at PureSoftware there is a sense of belonging, as we get to share our work stories, talent stories, and even included in the different activities in addition to work.

There can be more parties...atleast annual party.

When the deployed me to the client location, then the Appraisal was decent. Apart from that - nothing.

Dislikes

Terrible management. Until you are working at Puresoftware's client's location then it'll be good but as soon as you start working at the Puresoftware's office the work culture and management is terrible. HR's literally ignore your messages if you are at client location and you have no way of contacting your parent company.

The first reason for the project is the lack of projects, along with a pattern of hiring and firing, resulting in job insecurity.If you have any offer they give you 1 and 2 lack extra and after 1 month , They make such conditions to put separation.

Working from 2.5 years as Middleware Administration WebLogic Soa nice place to work, learning new skills good place. but most of the projects assigned contract for clients after contract complete you will look into another job outside they won't have projects
