- I have joined Puresoftware during COVID as my Payroll company and my client was another MNC. - I can't comment on work culture as I didn't work from Puresoftware office. - Interview process was smooth, there were total 3 rounds (1 Technical from Puresoftware, 2nd and 3rd is Technical from client side followed by HR round(PS)) - Assoon as you join and move to client location, there is very few interaction with any of your puresoftware colleague. - You will be completely working with client and all the communication with them only. - Once you moved to client location, they wont even bother about you. - If you are on bech, they will give you 3 chances to clear interview with another clients. If that is available. This duration mostly last for 1 month. - There should be proper communication with employee.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Dislikes

Package offered would be good but they won't pay salaries. They don't share relieving letter after resigning. They threaten you with multiple rules and clauses which you never read. You can take a career break than joining this company because you endup with no experience or relieving letter. It's a terrific struggle with managers, hrs to receive it.
