Puresoftware is a good company for freshers and job security is in your hands if your performance is good then you will definetly servive in the company and also depends on your manager, my manager was very understanding and employee oriented so I never hesitated raise any issue. Best place to get enough knowledge to grow your career. Even in the covid situation projects were there, salary is paid on time without any deduction. It only depends on the team and the manager you get, if your manger is employee oriented then you will enjoy working in Puresoftware....Read More

Dislikes

Compensation is decent for freshers and growth is also fast. Sometimes work pressure is bit high. There is no cab facility as the company is still growing. Sometimes few seniors(1or2 out 20) will underestimates you they don't like if your work is better than their work but not all seniors remaining all are very cooperative and friendly.
