every thing else it's a tech company by name but practically they are recruitment agency, they will hire you and throw you onto the client, with zero support, you will feel more welcomed by the client than them and will feel like you are client's employee, they will just take the cut and do nothing at all, thay will pay you 10lpa and charge client 25lpa and take the 15 for themselves management is manipulative, deceptive, liars, spineless, parasites is the best term I can assign them they will manipulate and client both to maximize their profit, in my case I was under contract to work for 4 hours a day, they told the client that I am for full time and when I confronted them, they told me that I shouldn't have told the client and just worked 8 hours "because I had free time", that's how parasitic they are. and the AVP once said to me that "bonds are for job security" like how dumb do you have to be to to think that someone will buy this shit they will try to pay you as little as possible and get you to do as much work as possible they have no policies, they will manipulate the terms as per their convinience like in my case they had the audacity to write that I will have to give the notice of 2 months while they can fire me on a notice of 15 days for work life balance, you are disposable for them, if the project is done or for any reason you are of no longer any use for the the client, you are out, as simple as that, they also don't want to convert contract employees into full time because they can fire contractor in 15 days work life balance completely depends on client, if the client wants to put a leash on you and work you 24x7 , they will agree and as you to the work, but in general their clients are pretty chill that's why I gave 3 starts to work life balance for salary and benifit, there is only salary and no benifit, other that the mandatory stuff(epf and insurance) which I don't even count as benifit they put client on pedestal, all companies value clients a lot but the amount of client simping that I have seen here is unreal, it's like they are scared of them they can't even tell them that someone has left the company and keep on billing in their name meanwhile forcing other employees to do the work assigned to that person(who isn't even in the company anymore)...Read More
