1. No Process. Everything adhoc. 2. HR policies are useless. 3. No work life balance. 4. Excessive and unnecessary work load. 5. No fixed hierarchy. Anyone can lead anybody.

Extremely hectic. Multiple roles. I was hired as team lead, then after few months changed to Architect. But , i was assigned to DevOps,Project Manager, Developer, Support Tickets, KT of new process definition.
