Nothing at all. The worst company one could decide to work. They will make you work for a month and terminate without any reason and payment.

Dislikes

No HR policies. Salary is never on time You pay from your pocket for office items and it never gets reimbursed.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Brilliant concept a little too early in the market. Great learning both life lessons as well as technical aspects.

Dislikes

Lack of trust and honesty, extremely self centered style of management. Exploiting of contacts for self progress. The main promoter is not trust worthy. Does not believe in paying up.
