Management. The entire organization is controlled by handful of people. HRs side with managers rather than caregivers. The stories for employees are curated to make sure people who fall into the stories will great promotions and not others. Caregivers were mentally harassed and made to quit instead of stating it as a cost cutting. Managers find it very okay to make comments on people's dating and social life. Policies, Benefits & Culture. In the name of free meal program, they impose huge amount on the employees as income taxes even though an employee might not have availed it !! And this is being done without the information/consent of the employee.
