At Reportyak (a venture by Prototyze), the best part is the freedom you get as a designer. There's so much room to experiment and push creative boundaries. I've worked on a variety of high-quality reports, and its been a great learning experience. The collaboration within the team is also a standout. You really feel like you're growing professionally here.

Dislikes

During the peak season, the mental pressure is real. The workload can pile up fast, and you often find yourself working late every night, which leads to overwork and burnout.

Working at Report yak (venture by Prototyze) offers great creative freedom and chance to work on high quality report. Its a fantastic place to gain publishing experience, especially with big clients. Designers are challenged and inspired by interacting with talented individuals from IITs and NID.

The CEO, Tanmay Modi, thinks he has an unwavering sense of infallibility and is more focused on preserving his ego than fostering a positive workplace culture. Initiatives that don't meet his expectations can lead to threats of termination or salary deductions, rather than support growth or learning. They will deduct your salary if you are late than 9am for more than 3 days in a month.
