At Reportyak (a venture by Prototyze), the best part is the freedom you get as a designer. There's so much room to experiment and push creative boundaries. I've worked on a variety of high-quality reports, and its been a great learning experience. The collaboration within the team is also a standout. You really feel like you're growing professionally here.

Dislikes

During the peak season, the mental pressure is real. The workload can pile up fast, and you often find yourself working late every night, which leads to overwork and burnout.

Working at Report yak (venture by Prototyze) offers great creative freedom and chance to work on high quality report. Its a fantastic place to gain publishing experience, especially with big clients. Designers are challenged and inspired by interacting with talented individuals from IITs and NID.

Dislikes

Work-life balance can be challenging during peak seasons, which is common in the industry. The nature of the work can be demanding with tight deadlines, but it offers valuable experience in managing client expectations and navigating high pressure situations.

The company (with its entities - Deck Sherpa, Screenroot, Synapse, and ReportYak) appears to have a frugal approach to employee relations, often seeking ways to deduct salaries rather than provide benefits. The environment here lacks inclusivity and offers little for professional development. The CEO, Tanmay Modi, thinks he has an unwavering sense of infallibility and is more focused on preserving his ego than fostering a positive workplace culture. Initiatives that don't meet his expectations can lead to threats of termination or salary deductions, rather than support growth or learning. They will deduct your salary if you are late than 9am for more than 3 days in a month. The one thing I will say is that more holidays and a few festivals can be improved for the people who are living far from home, at least.

Very good work exposure,opportunities to work with well known clients and brands, very helpful supportive team and seniors.

Dislikes

No flexible timing, you have to work extra hours and something on your day off. No work life balance, There are no company benefits, such as health insurance or provident funds.
