HR Amrita dhuri is worst. Whoever joins please be careful of this corrupted/politics women. Appraisal would be another issue as they wont give good. You have to be Chattu of Manager to get good hike. (20%-50%) You will only get 12 holidays in a year. No extra leaves. You cannot take more than one leave in a month so bad it is. Other than learning, nothing is good, the HRs are arrogant and rude. They don't follow their own policies and bonds. HRs directly asks the employees to leave, we won't provide you with any experience certificate, if the employee is leaving before the bond (and it is directly mention in the policy that employee can leave any time just have to serve 3 months notice period).
