Working with the founder Vivek was a terrible experience. He never paid salaries on time and he has not cleared the entire team's last 3-4 months payments for a year now. It is not a small amount. The whole team is hopelessly trying to get their dues for almost a year. The owner lies, deceits, and disappears after making false promises. There's no support from him on the work front, and he puts a lot of pressure on everyone, monitoring every minute. This company is like a scam, as he takes advantage of people who are starting or restarting their careers by offering them a job but making them work for free until they give up hope and resign. He also suddenly vanishes from projects and keeps clients hanging cluelessly. He has been doing this for many years. Other companies/websites he runs are Digitalscool and Propel Theory.
