I worked with Mr. Vivek Kumar almost 1 year. He has not given my salary which is pending from 10 months. Whenever I am asking for salary he has always new solutions he never tried to give the amount even small amount. Now he is denying to give money and there are 4-5 employees who have not been paid by Vivek. He just recruits those candidate who has less experience or fresher, after one or two months he started making salaries as pending as pending and not giving in the last. So this is the situation with Vivek and his companies as Digitalscool.com, Propel Theory (propeltheory.com) & now Propell Action (propellaction.com). Please be careful everyone to join him or his start ups/company. This is request to all of you.

...ork there didn't get paid rightfully. The founder (Vivek Kumar) is such a fraud. He uses his sweet words to manipulate the employees so he can get his work done but don't pay for it. It has happened with all interns, full time employees and part time employees as well. Highly frustrated and disappointed from keeping on asking him for the rightful money we deserve for 7 months now.

... a fraud never paid on time. Entire team salaries is not cleared for 3-4 months. He has been doing this from so many years hired new people make them work and on the time of salary he makes excuses. My 3-4 month salary is pending from last 1.5 year and he is still making excuses about that.

Working with the founder Vivek was a terrible experience. He never paid salaries on time and he has not cleared the entire team's last 3-4 months payments for a year now. It is not a small amount. The whole team is hopelessly trying to get their dues for almost a year. The owner lies, deceits, and disappears after making false promises. There's no support from him on the work front, and he puts a lot of pressure on everyone, monitoring every minute. This company is like a scam, as he takes advantage of people who are starting or restarting their careers by offering them a job but making them work for free until they give up hope and resign. He also suddenly vanishes from projects and keeps clients hanging cluelessly. He has been doing this for many years. Other companies/websites he runs are Digitalscool and Propel Theory. I strongly advise staying away from this company and its founder.
