Work Details

I was heading the complete marketing and operation of AC division, i have manage the complete channel and projects but the support for manufacturing was very poor which was normally disturbing the supply and demand ration resulting the business.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
