Biggest mistake of my life was to join this company. Even bigger is that expecting an opportunity to grow and they promote their own people only. They will role out IJP to promote the people of their own department as thats the only mode to promote and because of this game play innocent people also suffer.

The most pathetic thing is that whenever you are going to apply for IJP for a department you are interested in they will say at the end that no experience of that domain. There is no rocket science to understand that if someone is having an experience he wouldn't have been working in other domain. That person would have been working in that domain only in some other company. In prometric how can he be having an experience if working in other domain?? There is one more aspect of IJP .. Apart from this there is one more game play... They will roll out some more good opportunities outside company not as IJP.... THEY WILL ROLL OUT IJP WHEN THEY FEEL THAT OUTSIDE RESOURCE IS COSTLY BUT INTERNAL PROMOTION IS LESS COSTLY...at that point of time they will overlook everything.....Read More

Untrustworthy management. Those sitting in Gurgaon and have spent more than 15-20 years in the organisation don’t wish to take the company ahead and are just sitting and ensuring their salaries are credited. Majority of clients have taken their business to competitors. Their biggest client ETS is also extremely unhappy. Virtually nosupport extended to frontline staff. HR is a joke. Only those who are 10th-12th fail can get jobs here and will be protected and given timely salaries and bonuses.
