They even not asked the employee why were they leaving, there is lots of politics

It was great experience work with team pro-am, but year after when the politics took place everything got scattered instead of bonding in team members we were fighting with each other bcoz of our HOD

Too much of stagnancy in designation as employees are working from 14-15 years and are not willing to move ahead in their careers because of which new employees don't get promoted. Pay scale is too less and also very bad paymasters.

The job is exciting. As the industry is sports, there are new challenges every time and one is on his toes to get these situations resolved.

The best thing about Procam was the people with whom i worked with. Everyone is so cooperative. Everyone is treated with respect be it the office boy or an intern or an employee.

Dislikes

I faced a bit of language barrier in means of communication as it's a mumbai based organisation and most of the employees were speaking in marathi which i couldn't catch.

Work Details

I interned with Procam International last December for their event TSK 25k and it was a very good experience for me. Good exposure, good place for learning, highly recommended!

Got to learn alot from Pro-cam International. They give opportunity to every person with some good working atmosphere. Queries of clients were easily handled in Pro Cam International. It provides good service. Things are managed very well here. Work environment is good.

Dislikes

Perks are not given on time... Working hours are more. If work is more stipend should be more I think but it's not available here.
