The Job I am doing is quite interesting, given lot of challenges and that helps and motivates me to do better and excel at what I am doing. The Company is ready to upskill my knowledge that is required to meet any challenges at what I am doing.

There has to be a one on one with the management at least once in 6 months and all should be given a forum to talk about the challenges they might have at workplace.
