Although I am no more working with Printmaster Co. Yet I would say it is Good company to work with for local Thai as well as expats .For expats I would advise, if you learn /know thai language it will be advantage. For any expat Acceptance by Thai subordinates and other colleagues will take time and should not loose patience. They observe. Be sharing and helping to your staff and other dept . Be clear in instructions.Keep record of your work. Be humble to accept your mistake or mistake of your subordinates and inform your senior, before he is informed from other sources. Accept your subordinates mistake as your mistake aand change system/SOP if needed People are good and helping at all levels.
