One of the good opportunity to build up the carrier of Engineers. And also here the higher Authorities are so supportive to the Engineers.

Dislikes

Yes because I'm not Convinced with Travelling Allowance. Most of the Engineers are facing the Problem in that.

Technical War always to contribute best solution to Client or the Problem we face. Fast, Cost effictive and Long life is always expected and compared.

Dislikes

24 by 7 we should be ready to assist. Tackling multiple works at a time. The pressure towards work will be more.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
