Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Nothing, they tell like fraud company, think 1000 time before join this company They buy products from China, and stick company logo on it bad product and 3rd grade product

HR said me, i received my salary on company pay role and they give me 3rd party pay role and i ask about this issue, I got treat as it i am labour, company , this is a complete fraud company even company's IT department is not stable and they always change these persons and toxic work culture, they fool new Passout fresher students,
