As an experienced one, I can suggest this company ONLY for Freshers to start job in there own field of IT-programming. But cannot expect for any growth. Easily can balance life...

In the view of job security - company chairperson used to ask/collect for the submission of original marksheet without any paper work. One gets trapped for an year but used be alert for its original documents. As an appraisal, employee cannot expect much. No learning. Working environment is totally cool.

Work Details

I left the job due to less salary, No authority was provided as an HR Administrator and was getting bored. But I performed well and was payed respect by chairperson as well as by entire staff.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
