Dictatorship, absolutely nothing to look forward Uncouth behaviour, extremely toxic boss yelling shouting screaming absolutely painful mental harassment, mid management and lower management work like labourers, everyone is expected to get up and stand up everytime the prestige bosses enter, no corporate culture unprofessional, onlyshallow people who say yes to everything and praises boss 24/7 is recognised The boss wants ego boost all the time, especially female boss is worst, most privileged one who has no caliber, she is in-secured about her own team, meetings are all about her personal glorified stories….. people act like they are interested and make fun of her meetings behind her back, they don’t value talented, skilful, dedicated employees there is no respect for designation and education here…...Read More
