Role & responsibilities
: Assistance in conducting Board and General meetings
• Preparation of Board Meeting Minutes, Annual General Meeting Minutes and EGM minutes
• Preparation of Annual Reports of group Companies, Annual Filing of Forms, Annual Returns
and filing of other forms in consultation with the HOD.
• Preserving and maintaining of all statutory records/ forms / documents and other relevant
records as required under Companies Act.
• Ensuring Stock Exchange, SEBI compliances and providing support to Company Secretary.
• Appearing before the civil courts with respect any legal proceedings not limiting to trade
marks/copy rights etc
• Handling Investor complaints and grievances.
• Handling Joint Ventures, FEMA Compliances, liaising in connection with the same.
• Providing all required information to the statutory auditors/ finance / legal /marketing /
planning /services and other departments of the group to have smooth function of the
organization.
• Assisting in incorporation of entities/ conversion
