We are hiring for CRM role in Mumbai :

Years of Experience : 6-14years

Location : Mumbai

Role & responsibilities:

• Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
• Sending the welcome mailer and overseeing all the documentation of the clients, issuing allotment letters, generating demand letters
• Contributing to business development by gaining referrals from existing client base.
• Planning, Co-ordination and Facilitation of Possession Handover for the due project
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
• Ensuring high service levels and promptness in handling customer issues & complaints.
• Ensuring Client satisfaction

Skills :

- Good Communication

- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Uber Luxury clients
