Over all 2 star company I'd say. Work culture is gone case, No Time management, 21 out of people left the company in 9 months and this is enough I guess.

I was Initially taken as PPC trainee engineer. I was then transferred to ORACLE Designing, then i was transferred to IT but in all cases I used to work for PPC. so I didn't know in which department I was exactly in.

There is a lot of politics in top management and the management doesn’t address out issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow and no job security. No proper training to new joinees. Worst HR policies,they change as per their requirements.
